Price Guide:
Hourly Rate: $150 (fixed rate for the first hour)
Additional Time: $75 per half-hour block (after 1st hour)
Currently phones, iPads & tablets parts are ordered as required, please contact us for more information.
If computer parts are required, a quote can be provided.
Priority Services:
Priority Level 1: Additional $50 – Next available technician
Priority Level 2: Additional $30 – Next available technician within 48 hours
No Fix, No Fee Policy:
If our technician cannot resolve the issue, you won’t be charged—unless the fault is identified or a solution is provided (excludes data recovery services).
Should you decide not to proceed, a $150 diagnosis fee will apply.
Data Recovery Pricing:
Non-refundable Deposit: $75 (required before starting any data recovery work)
Successful Recovery: If recovery is successful, an additional 0.5 - 2 hourly rate may be charged for the service.
Due to the complexity of data recoveries, we may need to bring your device back into the workshop. This allows us to perform a thorough assessment and use the necessary tools to maximize the chances of successful recovery.
