Service Agreement:

By booking services with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this website. Our technicians will perform services in accordance with industry best practices and strive to resolve issues efficiently. However, results may vary based on the complexity of the issue. 

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• For data recovery services, a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required before any work is initiated.

• We accept cash, tap-and-go, credit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payments.

Remote Support:

We may offer remote support instead of in-person services, saving you time and money. However, if remote support is unsuccessful due to the issue requiring an in-person visit, an $30 call-out fee will also be charged.

At ComputechCairns, we stand behind the quality of our work with a 7-day service guarantee. If the same issue arises within 7 days of your repair, we’ll fix it at no extra charge, as long as it was due to our service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to ensuring that your device is functioning properly after every service.
